Roy, John, Tanzi and the rest of the staff are awesome. Any time I have a problem, they are always quick to act. John, our tech, always asks what is going on and then explains in detail what he will be doing in layman’s terms so I can understand. He is always, polite and respectful. Roy knows his bugs. We have issues with our grass and he will be on his hands and knees looking for the bugs to see which ones they are so they can stop their destruction. Tanzi (I am probably misspelling), calls me to let me know if a certain day and time are ok for them to come out. I am very appreciative that she does that and when the day or time does not work for me, she is always accommodating. You don’t find customer service like this anymore. Keep up the great work!!
