Spring is here, lets take care of our yards today. The time to fertilize your lawn is now. This is an important step you don’t want to miss in keeping your lawn looking enviable all year!

Knock, Knock, Knock; spring is here and you know what that means, we all start the daunting task of spring-cleaning. However hold on to those boxes and instead grab your gardening gloves because instead of wasting those first few warm days inside cleaning, we’re starting on the outside and working our way back in.

First things first, have you called your local pest service to come and fertilize your yard? Well you should. By calling and having them fertilize your yard instead of you doing it yourself you will not only be helping your grasses and plants grow, but you will also be helping get rid of some unwanted pests like bugs and weeds.

Second thing we all must do is get down on hands and knees and begin to weed. I know, we all hate it and it is such a tedious task, however once we get down to the nitty-gritty of it and get it all done, if you keep up with it, then once a week becomes just maintenance. Just remember when pulling your weeds out to make sure to place them into a separate container or trash bag as to not contaminate a different part of your yard. This will help keep down on you labor throughout the spring and summer.

Thirdly is sprucing up the overall eye-catching appeal of your yard and garden. A few plants here, some flowers here and there, and a whole lot of love spread throughout your yard and garden everywhere. Also, remember when sprucing to go ahead and prune as well. This will help the stems and branches get stronger and become sturdier.

Well these are all the tips I have for you this spring. Start on the outside and work your way back in. After all, its spring, it is bound to rain soon enough and send you indoors for the day. And on that day is when you should catch up on your yearly spring-cleaning, not those gorgeous, bright and sunny days.
